Dr Noushin Chini Foroush is a dedicated neurologist with expertise in epilepsy and seizure disorders. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centred care.
Dr Chini Foroush welcomes referrals across all areas of neurology, including epilepsy, seizure disorders, headache, stroke, and general neurology. She currently holds a public appointment at Alfred Health and is pursuing a PhD in artificial intelligence and epilepsy at Monash University.
She has worked across multiple hospitals in Victoria and completed her advanced neurology training at Monash Health and Western Health in 2024. She subsequently completed a two-year comprehensive epilepsy fellowship at Alfred Health, gaining extensive experience in the management of first seizures, complex epilepsy, and advanced therapies, including pre-surgical evaluation.
Dr Chini Foroush is affiliated with the Australian and New Zealand Association of Neurologists (ANZAN), the Epilepsy Society of Australia (ESA), the American Academy of Neurology (AAN), and the American Epilepsy Society (AES).
Fluent in Persian (Farsi) and conversant in basic Dari. Dr Chini Foroush works closely with referring GPs and specialists and prioritises timely access for urgent referrals.
